Update. Todd called me today and tried to discredit my mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with my truck. I asked him how he could sleep at night.
I also called the Pilot station where he came in to contact with me to inform the manager of what is happening in their parking lot. When I explained the situation, she stopped me in surprise to ask if it was Todd Evans, the owner of Lug Nutz, as she worked with him in Heber years ago where he was doing the same con. He is very smooth, it seems as though he has lots of practice.
I went to my own trusted mechanic and there is absolutely NOTHING WRONG with my truck. I called the police and was told there is nothing I can do unless he took my money and then only in small claims court. You can bet I will tell everyone that will listen about his business and him. No honesty or integrity and they are in essence in the safety business. Go anywhere else. He cost me over 2 hours of my business day and lots of heartache as he is very convincing. BEWARE!!
I have taken both of my cars to these guys and they have been more than helpful. The employees are extremely polite and do a great job. Todd the owner goes out of his way to help anyone in need. I know many people who have worked with him before and all they have to say are positive things. I am thankful for the awesome job these guys do and their commitment to their work.
I was in a real jam stuck on the Red Hill. The owner Todd went out of his way after hours to lend a hand. Honest mechanics with some of the best service I've ever dealt with! I highly recommend Lug Nutz!
I was at the Pilot station and Todd A. Evans, the owner of Lug Nutz according to the card he gave me tried to pull the same con on me that other reviewers have described over and over. He told me my right tire was low and directed me over to the air. Before I could have a look, he suddenly showed up with his air gauge. My tire was not low and then he proceeded to tell me that my strut was bad and lo and behold, the same thing on the other side! He could work me in right now for $530 and I would be safe again. I have out of state plates so I look like I'm just passing through.
I was fueling up at a different Chevron station when Todd stopped by to point out one of my tires on my RV might be low. We meaning he did an inspection of all the tires on my RV and as they were very old we came to the conclusion that they need to be replaced. He replaced all six tires and four shocks in about an hour and 45 minutes. The staff was friendly courteous quick and efficient. I really can't comment on the price as we were about to travel through the desert and home so I was more concerned with the safety then value
I had a great experience and felt well taken care of. Great service! I would recommend them to all my friends.
