We are very pleased with CT Automotive. Moved here 4 years ago and drove by one day and saw them so we tried them since the other Auto place we went to first on Bluff St was a rip off. Ct has handled our cars ever since.
Called to get the truck in and was able to take it right over that day. Craig always accommodates your schedule. Vehicles have always been done right the first time and on time!
We were passing through St. George and had a radiator problem on a record hot weekend. It was only a few hours from closing on Friday and they were very helpful and flexible and the only shop of the 4 or 5 we called that was willing to take us in even though they were already very busy. After diagnosing the problem they were willing to stay late and would have done so if a radiator would have been available anywhere in the area. They seemed to be to be honest and competent and willing to do whatever was needed to solve our problem. If I lived in the area they would be my new mechanics for sure.
Very impressed with them. It's clear that they care about their customers rather than "just getting paid". They reflashed my throttle body and discovered that it was bad and didn't charge me to have it redone when I brought my car back with the new throttle body I had put in myself.
I’ve never had a problem when visiting CT! Everyone is polite and extremely helpful.
