Employees were professional and knowledgeable for their business though the day of the pickup the crew arrived with too small of a truck to manage entirety of load. So the first load was hauled back to their warehouse to be unloaded and truck returned for remainder of items. Then I learned my belongings were crated, hauled to a subcontractor for final delivery to my new residence. It was then I learned two pieces of furniture were each partially dismantled and one piece was damaged and could not be re-assembled until repairs made. I did fully insure my belongings and now working through the paperwork process of requesting a claim for moneys to repair or replace this piece of furniture. It is for this reason I can not rate this move with Redman any higher.

We had a great moving experience with Stu and his crew. It went so smoothly and everyone was professional. Stu had great communication before and during the move. And he even checked in afterwards to make sure our unpacking went well! They went above and beyond our expectations. It is so nice to trust and enjoy the people who are involved in your move. Two big thumbs up!
