Brought my car in to have the seats shampooed and the work they did was okay, however the service was terrible. I went there with my 8 month old daughter and it started off with me taking the car seat and base out along with my baby and diaper bag and a few other things. The employees (almost all teenagers) just sat there and looked at me without offering to help at all. I got everything out and went to sit in the lobby and waited for about an hour and half after they said it would only take an hour. While waiting in the lobby I asked an employee where i could change my baby's diaper and he said I could use the bathroom but there was no changing table or anywhere I could lay her so I just had to do it in the lobby. When the car was done I asked if there was anything I needed to do or not do with the seats and they looked at me like I was an idiot and said no. I will NEVER go back to this company. The manager needs to do some serious training with his employees to teach some decent customer service. Absolute terrible experience.
I was really impressed by this car wash. They were quick and friendly and their machines did a good job. I saw the way they were doing the more advanced washes and it made me want one I will definitely be going back
Less than satisfied. Service was initially good when paying but after they took the vehicle it went south quickly. I was on a time crunch, I asked how long to wash the vehicle and shampoo the seats. I was told about 45min. An hour and a half later I still haven't received my vehicle back. So what happened, the employees would rather screw around with each other then work. There was lots of standing around. Worst yet was the guy who was bringing the vehicle to get shampoo. He sat in my truck texting for 10 min.
they never do a good job.. friendly but their attention to detail is extremely lacking.. my vehicle is never clean (detailed) when I leave.. total waste of money
Way over priced...13.99 for a wash and no vacuuming? Rip off ..tipped big for no service.......better off at Tag n Go
