Nick came and picked up my Audi. It returned so beautiful. He cleaned the carpets, waxed the car and the inside of my car was pristine.Then they came the next day and picked up my husbands truck. Boy was this dirty but they brought it back looking like new. I would recommend Flash Detailing & European Service to everyone.
My husband and I had the great luck of having our 2002 Audi A4 completely die on us on our way home towards Utah County from Disneyland. We broke down near Cedar City and were towed to Rucci European Service. Our cars engine had to be completely rebuilt and these guys did a phenomenal job. Even when 2 months later our turbo went out (manufacture lemon) they replaced it completely covered under their warranty. They were so nice and treated us almost too good ;)
I have never done a review before but our experience here was very disappointing. We had our car towed here because they said they had the part and could fix it that day. When the tow truck arrived as scheduled the shop was closed. It was 2:00 pm. We are tourists, were out the tow money, had no car and had to make additional expenses to get around the city. We called and left messages and two phone numbers. On the third day, Monday, we finally got a hold of the owner. He seemed surprised that someone would tell us that they had the part, did not know why he had our car in his parking lot and was surprised he was open on Saturday when we dropped off the car. This all seemed strange but we decided to let them look at the car. He then quoted us a price and told us he could not finish it until the next day. When we said we were going to then tow it into SLC he then told us verbally that it would be done a day sooner and discounted the price 400. Then the employee handed the quote and it said 1000, the original price. We felt at this point there was a level of distrust and proceeded to work out the tow. I think the worst part of this experience was the owner mocking us while we loaded the car. The employees would come out and help us but the owner came out and told them to get inside. At no time did we say or do anything rude. It was as if he was offended because we did not use their service. I can see that the last few reviews have been bad and that the owner then comes and comments something rude. I am sure he will do this as that was how his character proved for us in person.
I'd recommend everyone near St. George to have your Euro car serviced here!! These guys know their stuff!!
