I recieved much information about Rocky Mountain about how good their service is and how I can trust them with my bike. Upon bringing my bike to them I was having carb issues. I was well aware that the carbs were causing my problems. When I spoke to the kid at the service desk about what I needed done he told me over and over that it was not my carbs that were the problem and that I would probably need a valve adjustment. I continued to tell him that valve timing had nothing to do with the problems I was having. Anyways, I left my bike with them for two and a half weeks and they finally call me to tell me my problem is fixed. Upon getting the bike I see that they charged my $54 to reconnect a vacuum hose. Even the tech told me that the hose was the issue. What a joke, not even 5 minutes upon leaving the store my bike starting having the same problems again. Absolute bs.
