Wonderful people, clean and shaded but not enough pool ventalation summer. Also sewage smells.
I've had the opportunity to work in here at a few of the homes and RV's. Everyone loves that it's quiet but also close enough to town.
Excellent 55+ neighborhood friendly and relaxing community.
Nice Grounds with older Mulberry trees. Owners seem happy to live hear full time and part time. The community watches over one another.
