I originally called New Horizons for a quote on 6 March. I was told someone would call back to schedule a visit. I did not hear back for more than a week, when I received a voicemail. I returned it within 30 minutes, but after several days no one has bothered to call me back. If it's this hard to get a quote appointment, it difficult to believe the work would get done in a reasonable amount of time.
