Stopped here while we were staying at a nearby resort for groceries. Very hard to find things here. It tooks us several trips around the store to find eggs. And we also needed aluminum foil. Never could find that. Tried the paper products isle and over by baking goods. And kept looping around the store. And of course there are few staff members around the store to help me. Never could find anyone. I ended up driving all the way across town to go to Smith's where I know they'll have what I need, helpful staff, clean facilities and quality product. Unlike here.
I am a regular Albertsons shopper. I've been treated always with kindness & respect. I have a couple of favorite cashiers that I go to. I get my prescriptions there with ease. It's a simple complete grocery store that has everything I need. The staff shows me courtesy & patient consideration. Being a senior citizen I love the motor shopping cart. Thank you Albertsons.
Everyone here is super friendly and timely with their service. Been using them for a few years now.
I rarely shop here but got suckered in by a New York roast sale for $4.97 a lb. When we got to the store, there was one enormous $100 NY roast. There were a few smaller NY roasts brought by a meat clerk before we left, but they were $5.97 lb. I bought one of them just because we drove 15 miles. I was shocked when I opened the package. Not only was there about 1/2 inch of solid fat on the roast but the tiny thing was sitting on top of a rack of detached bones. For $21.00 we had 2/3 waste and a few skinny steaks after I cut them up, maybe 1 to 1 1/2 lbs tops. There were no stipulations on the ad, either in the paper or on the signs in the meat dept about if they were bone in or boneless, and certainly nothing about being set on a rack of useless bones or how large a roast you had to buy. The meat itself was grainy and hard to cut up to freeze. I am really angry. As seniors on a fixed income I thought we had found a treat to put in the freezer for a special occasion, but instead we just got snookered. I have never had anything like this happen at Lins where I usually buy my meat, and I have picked up some real bargains at Smiths on rare occasion. I wish I could post a photo... this is outrageous!
Last time I was here the staff was super friendly & knowledgeable. But no drive-thru and a bit out of way.
