The quality of service and respect given by ALL employees here was definitely over the top! No matter what time day or night, we were always greeted with a smile! The cleanliness was great....from the kitchen area, front lobby, pool area inside and out, to our room....everything was so well kept! Nicole at the front desk was an absolute doll along with all other employees we came in contact with while there, but she just stuck out in my mind because of the respect, help, and friendliness that was given by her! Family member, friend, or even stranger I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for the price and just the whole friendly respectful atmosphere you encounter while there. Whether just a stop thru over night stay or an extended stay The Quality Inn in Red Cliffs definitely takes the cake! Not to mention they have a grill outside the pool area for guests use which I thought was awesome as well!

Beautiful & spacious rooms, went for a convention for Jehovah's Witnesses. And we're currently staying for 3 nights. They're currently under construction and they have workers around all hours but the noise didn't bother me. Very polite staff! And delicious strawberry waffle mix!

This was a very nice Quality Inn, great staff, and a VERY spacious room at a great price. They also have a very nice Continental breakfast I would definitely recommend. If fact I was so impressed that I grabbed a business card so the next time we need a place to rest for our travels back to the Midwest I know exactly where to stop.

I would like to commend your customer service rep Bret. No only did he offer a friendly service he was so helpful in helping look for my lost wallet that I had dropped in the parking lot. I noticed I didn't have my wallet when I reached my destination. I immediately call the front desk and explained my dellima to Bret. Bret was extremely helpful and searched to outside area and found my wallet. You have a real gem working there at Quality Inn. Thanks again Bret. Your a superb customer service rep and Quality Inn should be very proud to have you employed with them.

After changing rooms, the second room still smelled of cigarettes and moldy air-conditioning. The lobby was very nice. Manager was very nice. Brand new Starbucks in the parking lot. Avoid room near pool. The echo makes it sound like people are playing right in your room.

Very cheap, barely clean.

Room smelled of old cigarettes, that damp, musty, dank smell of cigarettes in the carpets.

This place isn't terrible in a pinch, but for 5-10$ more, one can do a lot better.
