Terrible. These people are straight up stealing money. Been cashing my checks here for almost 2 years. Never been charged. Today they charged me 8 dollars to cash a check, the same ones I've been cashing for almost 2 years. Dam thefts. No wonder you only got a 1.4 star rating. How sad.

Had to call 4 times before someone picked up the phone. My Husband called in a few days ago and transferred money from one account to another and then closed one account. I needed to do the same thing, called in and they told me no, that you have to come into the branch to close an account. I told them my Husband did the same thing a few days ago and wanted to see who he spoke to then and they wouldn't transfer me. (I even have the account numbers to prove it). I live 2 hours away and chose this bank for its supposed ease and advantage of business banking. When I tried to continue talking with her to figure out what to do, she HUNG UP ON ME! Chase is the WORST!
